Your sensor is not accurate at all

I have bent crowbars, cheap ones, by jumping on them since I wasn't strong enough to get a large (large!) nail out. A bent crowbar is worthless, and it is dangerous! The Hultafors crowbar sprung back into shape after the maximum force you put on it, it was as functional afterwards as before. High quality steel. By experience and wisdom, the Hultafors or similar is worth every cent! Quality do matter if you actually use it as a tool to work with. I nowadays want to own just a few tools, but of high quality. Quantity is just a burden to keep sorted and move around, quality is a joy and no burden.

You were right. Not scientific. For this test to be more scientific, the distance between the fulcrum and the point of contact with the press must remain consistent for the entirety of the test.

you should test the sensor accuracy first. try placing a known weight (like 20kg) at the crowbar first and see if the readings of the sensor are accurate. then apply the press. I know this, because I tried crowbar application in the industry with way more than 3 tons without any bending... this looks like bad setup and messed up sensor...

Your actual failure point would be the yield point when you hit 180 kilos on the 1st bar and then it went to 200 kilos and back to 180 that was the yield the point of the material that was the maximum it could handle

I have a cheesy, cheap crow bar I bought about 20 years ago. It has been very handy over the years. I know for sure it wouldn't last long on your press but it sure does come in handy to me. Currently using it on my truck for some repairs.
